Monmouth Vicinage Self-Help Resource Support and Custody Seminar

As part of its community outreach initiative, the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage Self-Help Resource Center will hold a series of workshops on court-related topics.

The seminars will be conducted in conjunction with Ocean-Monmouth Legal Services and will be held at the Monmouth County Courthouse, 71 Monument Park, Freehold.

The support and custody seminars will provide information on the filing process, the court appearance, enforcement and modification orders, custody and parenting time, child support guidelines and alimony, and the emancipation of children.

The landlord/tenant seminar will provide details on the landlord/tenant process, including filing a complaint, what happens during the court appearance, the eviction process, illegal lockouts and security deposits.

Sessions are free and open to the public. They are informational only, so individual cases cannot be discussed or resolved. Space is limited and reservations are necessary. Landlord/Tenant: July 12

Expungement: Sept. 6

Divorce: May 10, Aug. 9, Oct. 11, Dec. 6
