Freehold Township Receives Police Emergency Management Grant

Grant comes from the New Jersey State Office of Emergency Management.

An additional step has been taken by the Freehold Township Committee to keep residents safe.

At the Tuesday night Township Committee meeting, members passed a resolution that accepted funds for a Police/Emergency Management Grant from the New Jersey State Office of Emergency Management.

The resolution states that by passing the resolution, the Committee is obligated to an “in-kind match”, which is explained as related training and materials.
