Unclaimed Property Listings Published In Today's Paper

A very long public notice names people and businesses who have left money behind.

If you love a treasure hunt, pick up today's copy of the Asbury Park Press where you can find a 26-page report by the NJ State Dept. of Treasury's Unclaimed Property Administration, organized by individual's last name or business entity name.

You can also do this online through the Unclaimed Property's officially designated online database at MissingMoney.com, but there you have to input a specific name in the search box.

In our quick scan, we noticed a listing for Millennium Eye Care on W. Main Street in Freehold.

For information on what to do if you find your name on the page, see the Unclaimed Property website.
