Multimillion-Dollar Renovation Coming to Freehold Apartment Complex

The Solomon Organization acquired the Chesterfield Gardens and has plans to renovate unit and common spaces.

A Freehold apartment complex is receiving a $3 million makeover to become a luxury rental in town.

After being purchased by The Solomon Organization, Chesterfield Gardens is now in the process of being transformed into Chesterfield at Freehold Township. Located off of Harding Road, the apartments will receive kitchen, bathroom, and window renovations, in addition to landscaping improvements and common room upgrades.

According to a press release from The Solomon Organization, Chesterfield Gardens is a 172-unit community consisting of one and two-bedroom garden apartments. It was purchased from the original builder, and was not offered on the open market.
