Or maybe you haven't run since middle school gym class? No sweat, we have the program for you! Designed for beginners, this easy to follow women's only program is taught in a relaxed, positive and supportive environment. Over the course of six weeks, participants will learn proper running fundamentals including technique, form and nutrition, all while building up to a 5k.
