Author Lecture: Jay Wandres
Heritage Museum of Monmouth County will host Naval Historian Jay Wandres on June 10 at 1 p.m.
Wandres will speak about Lieutenant Paul N. Shulman, USN, Israel's Volunteer Admiral. Mr, Wandres' book, "The Ablest Navigator", documents Shulman's role in helping to launch the navy of the new Israeli Nation.
