CentraState Baby Fair

CentraState Medical Center is holding a free Baby Fair for parents to be and those considering a pregnancy on Oct. 4, 6 to 8 p.m. at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold.

A variety of mother/baby service and product vendors will provide information and free gifts. Participants can meet CentraState’s board-certified obstetricians, pediatricians, family practice physicians and related hospital staff; watch a Baby Gap and Bellies & Booties Boutique fashion show; attend lectures, and win raffles and door prizes. There also will be tours of CentraState’s First Impressions Maternity Center during which guests can learn about the experienced and caring nurses who staff the labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum units and the Colette Cipriano Special Care Nursery.

The event offers two free seminars:  Preparing for Pregnancy with physicians from Healthy Woman, Obstetrics and Gynecology at 6-6:45 p.m., and What to Expect During Pregnancy with Steven Goldstein, MD, at 7-7:45 p.m.
