Free Prostate and Colon Cancer Screening

The screening is for men 40 years and older who have not been screened for Prostate cancer in the past. The screening will consist of a blood draw for a PSA level as well as a rectal exam and occult blood check.
Dietary Restrictions:
Two days prior to your scheduled screening:

  • Do Not take more than 250mg of vitamin C per day
  • Avoid antacids
  • Avoid alcohol and aspirin

Three days prior to your scheduled screening have a high bulk, red meat-free diet with restrictions of the following vegetables: turnips, horseradish, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, apples, and cantaloupes.
