Free Skin Cancer Screening

CentraState Healthcare System is offering a free skin cancer screening on Jan. 30, 5-7 p.m. at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Health Awareness Center, 901 W. Main St.

Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States. More than 1 million skin cancers are diagnosed annually. The good news is that when detected early, skin cancer has a cure rate of 99 percent.

The skin cancer screening is a quick and painless, non-invasive exam. The screening is free, but space is limited and registration is required. For more information or to register, visit centrastate.com/healthprograms or call 732-308-0570.
