Jewish Art and Culture Series: "The Golden Age of Spain"

The Jewish Heritage Museum will present another entry in its Jewish Art and Culture Series," The Golden Age of Spain", March 14 at 1 p.m.

Dr. Lisa Festa, an assistant art professor at Georgian Court University, will survey the history, culture, laws art and architecture of the Jews of Spain from their lives under the Visigoths,Muslims and Christian rule through the expulsion of 1492.

On display will be a Power Point presentation of surviving works of art and architecture, in particular the synagogues of Toledo and Cordoba.
