Freehold High School Hall of Fame Honorees Announced
A banquet celebrating the honorees will be held in May.
Freehold Boro will be honoring its newest inductees into the Freehold High School Hall of Fame in a celebration to be held at 5:30 p.m. on May 1 at the Park 33 Restaurant in Freehold.
The honorees are:
- Football, Basketball and Baseball player: Howard “Buddy” Russell, Class of 1952
- Football and Basketball player: Ron Griffiths, Class of 1959
- Soccer, Basketball and Baseball player: Jim (Leon) Mavroleon, Class of 1966
- Entrepreneur: Carl N. Steinberg, Class of 1970
- Soccer and Track athlete: Debra Vento, Class of 2003
Advanced tickets for the Freehold Boro Hall of Fame Banquet are $50 per adult. No tickets may be purchased at the door. Congratulatory advertisements may be purchased for $25 for a full page and $15 for a half page in the Hall of Fame brochure;.
