Freehold Regional Releases Video of Capital Improvements Presentation

The school board heard a presentation on a $57.7 million plan to address the district's long-range facility needs.

At a Jan. 31 meeting of the Freehold Regional High School District Board of Education, Board Secretary and Assistant Superintendent Sean Boyce .

The plan includes $27.3 million for projects such as roofing repairs and window replacements; $2.1 million in energy efficiency improvements; and $28.3 million to outfit the schools with solar energy panels.

The district has released video of the presentation in six parts. Individuals who would like to comment on the presentation or offer suggestions can submit feedback through the district's Web site.
