Last Chance: Be a Vendor at the Park Ave School Giant Yard Sale

The deadline to register to sell your stuff at the event is April 25.

There is only 24 hours left to register to be a vender in the Giant Yard Sale sponsored by the PTO. The deadline to register is April 25.

Carolyn Patrick is a yard sale veteran, co-chairing the event for the 5th year in a row. She says the sale keeps both vendors and buyers coming back every year.

“It really is a fun event and many people, both vendors and buyers, look forward to it,” she said.

Patrick says they expect over 300 people to attend the sale on Saturday April 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 in the afternoon. If you are interested in selling at the event, she says it is best to sign-up soon.

“Usually, we have over 40 vendors, of which a large majority buy more than one space, so our parking lot is pretty full. Many of the vendors are repeat customers who love doing this event,” Patrick explained.

Patrick says the cost for a 10x10 space is $10, but vendors get to keep all of the profit from their sales. Food vendors are not permitted as the PTO will be selling breakfast and lunch at the event.

Money raised through the event and food sales will go towards events for students planned by the PTO.

To rent a space, you can contact Patrick at 732-308-3511 or by e-mail at candacemom03@hotmail.com. The cost is $10 for a 10x10 space.
