Local Back to School Sales Guide

The countdown to the 2012-2013 school year may be rapidly nearing zero, but there is still time to buy needed supplies in town before student’s head back to the classroom.

Walmart has tons of needed school supplies listed at low prices. On walmart.com families can even find their school’s supply list to make online shopping easy. Walmart’s featured items are currently scientific calculators starting at $7 and bundles of supplies from $12.

In Staples’ Back to School Center customers can view items on sale this week. This week, Reebok and Puma backpacks are 25% off, and one subject wireless notebooks are only $1. More Back to School Deals can be seen in this week’s weekly ad. Don’t forget, Staples customers are also eligible to receive 15% off all school supplies until Sept. 15 with the Staples Back To School Savings Pass.

A 10 count of Bic Cristal pens are on sale this week for $.88 and a three count of Elmer’s glue sticks are on sale for $.49. On top of on-sale items for back to school lunches, Shoprite patrons can receive $5 off their next shopping order for school supplies when they spend $20 on participating Kraft, Nabisco, or select school supply items.

In this week’s circular, Foodtown shoppers can pick up Top Flight composition notebooks at $.59 each. 200 sheets of Top Flight filler paper is currently on sale for $.99 and a two pack of white glue sticks are selling for $.99.
