No Fight For Local School Board Seats

November election full of uncontested school board races

There won’t be much of a dogfight in the upcoming school board elections in November.

All six candidates for two boards are running unopposed in their respective races.

In Freehold Borough, three candidates have filed to run for a trio of three-year terms.

Paul Ceppi, of 16 Ann St.; Annette Jordan, of 17 Birch Dr. and Michele Tennant, of 70 Parker St. will face no challengers in November’s election for three, three-year terms on the Freehold Township Board of Education.

There are no seats up in the regional high school district representing either Freehold Township or borough.
