Fresh From The Farm: Cooking Arugula

Are you a fan of arugula? This could be be a great way to become a fan.

Unlike other leafy greens like lettuce arugula is not always a popular salad selection due to its sharp and sometimes bitter flavor.
While selling their fresh grown produce at the farmer's market at CentraState Hospital the folks at The Farm say that can be easily overcome with a delicious recipe for cooking the vegetables using not much more than fresh tomato and balsamic vinegar.
