The annual Italian American Festival made the short jump from the parking lot at the Freehold Raceway to the Freehold Raceway Mall this year.
Starting on Wednesday night the parking lot by Dick's Sporting Goods was transformed for what has become an annual rite of summer.
Sponsored by the Italian American Association of Monmouth County The event features music, food and rides for children as well as vendors selling a wide variety of goods.
