Lake Topanemus Park will be bursting with so many talented musical acts on Saturday that the organizers of Old Freehold Day had to add more time to the schedule for the annual event.
The day will start at 9:30 and go until 6 p.m. with plenty of activities to enjoy for people of all ages. Even with a chance of showers in the forecast and a high temperature near 92 degrees the day still looks to be a fun one.
This year’s Olde Freehold Day will include not only an expanded Kid Zone with more rides, games and activities as well as pony rides. There will also be a wide variety of food and beverage options at the park including a selection of wine from Colts Neck’s own Four JG Vineyards signing on as a new vendor for this year.

Among the groups set to take to the Ronnie Davis Stage are the Eddie Testa and Nick Clemons bands as well as Step Aside and C Lew Lewis.
There will be no parking at the park but there will be shuttles running every 10 minutes from the Monmouth County Courthouse. There will also be hayrides available for people parking on Robertsville Road or a walking path from the Applegate School.
