The Learning Experience to Celebrate "The Boss" at Summer Carnival

A "Baby' Bruce Springsteen Look-Alike Contest will be held during The Learning Experience's Summer Carnival on Aug. 16.

While “The Boss” tours Europe this Summer, little look-alike “Bosses” six-years-old and younger are welcomed to participate in ’s (TLE®) first ever “Baby” Bruce Springsteen look-alike contest.

The contest will be the highlight of TLE’s Summer Carnival on Thursday, Aug. 16 from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. The Summer Carnival will also feature a bounce house, face painting, local vendor product samples, refreshments, and more. The carnival will also feature a special appearance by The Breeze 107.1. Personalities from The Breeze will also be broadcasting live from TLE® when the “Baby” Bruce look-alike contest begins at 5 p.m.

TLE® is looking at a fun way to pay tribute to Bruce Springsteen’s many looks by having local children rock these same looks just like “The Boss” himself.  TLE® will be awarding a $500 prize to the winner and a $250 prize to the runner-up. Personalities from The Breeze will be judging contestants based on accuracy and creativity. Props are allowed and encouraged.

“Mr. Springsteen has made such an overwhelming contribution to his Country and to this area, we wanted to pay tribute to him in a way that only we could,” says Scott Breault, from The Learning Experience. “We encourage children to learn, play and grow at our center and to use their vibrant imaginations to dream as large as Mr. Springsteen once did.”

Parents are encouraged to arrive by 4:30 p.m. to register their child for the contest. All entrants will be invited to tour the private, state-of-the-art learning center and will receive a special enrollment offer from TLE®.
