Laura Donovan PTO Hosting Clothing Drive Sunday

A look at events happening around Freehold this weekend.

It will not be a school day but the Laura Donovan PTO will be hard at work on Sunday looking to do something to help other people in the community.

Starting at 9 a.m. the PTO will be hosting a clothing and coat drive to help people wrap up the fall and prepare for the winter while being as warm as possible. They are looking to collect toys, clothes, linens, shoes, stuffed animals and more.

The drive is also collecting coats that would fit children from kindergarten through fifth grade. Items can be dropped in the front lot of the school located at 237 Stonehurst Boulevard until 1 p.m.
