Abundant Life Church of God was organized in 1988 and occupied its present building five years later. Situated on a 10-acre plot east of downtown Freehold, the church offers a multicultural, multiracial congregation an early morning service with communion as well as a later service that is more celebratory. Abundant Life Church of God operates ministries for children and teens as well as for women and men. It contributes to missions at the regional and international level. The church is a member of an international Church of God organization that originated and has headquarters in Tennessee.

We are a multicultural, multiracial church who help people have a vital relationship with God through Jesus Christ and experience the abundant life that Jesus came to give us! We are an Evangelical Church that is bible based Christ centered and spirit filled. We strive to make a difference one person at a time. We lead people to better understand who God is, what He has done for us, what we can receive from Him, and what we are to do. We build people and relationships and help them find and fulfill God's purpose for their lives.
