I will never go here again. Woman behind the register was rude and completely unprofessional. Then an hour after leaving the wash, I realized one of the workers threw out my Walmart bag of recently purchased items that I left on my passenger seat! When I went back to talk to the owner/manager about this, he was nothing but rude and at first told me to go dig in the trash cans! Never again.

Hey Jeanne, I've been to Freehold Raceway Car Wash about a hundred times and if you get an exterior wash they don't do your tires. Also I get a #1 and watch them do my tires and trunk and have never seen a piece of steel wool. They wouldn't be in business if they used steel wool, so I think you got this car wash confused with somewhere else. Also they don't tell you to wait in the waiting room, you can go wherever you want. I'm surprised you didn't complain to the owner when this happened, that's odd because if you did they would have proved you totally wrong.

I went there once and just asked for an exterior wash. I was told to wait in the waiting room until the car was done. It took about 20-25 minutes, and I asked several times what was taking so long. I have an older car and when I got home I realized they had scrubbed a section of the trunk lid with something abrasive as there were lots of little scratches on it. The hubcaps are made of a vinyl material and they scrubbed them with steel wool, taking off the paint in a several areas. A month later I discovered the side view mirror was cracked and I had to order a new one. I will never go there again.

I was a loyal customer from the day they opened, however the owner has been rude to me on two occasions. I will never go back! And I will never recommend this place to anyone. I gave them 2 stars because they do a good job, but with bad attitude.

I think they give the best car wash in our area hands down. They take a long time with vacuuming...which is much of what I need with 2 small children. My son loves the "spray guns" to shoot the car as it's washing. There are always a large enthusiastic staff ready to dry. This team goes inside my minivan and washes every window and rubs every surface. I think it's the owner...he is often their helping with this process and tries to buff out any scratches. So happy to have found this gem!
