Since first arriving to the Freehold area, I have come to recognize this place as one of the friendliest places around. During the last visit my family made, we had the pleasure of being seated by the owners son. He was a well spoken young man, the same age as my husband and I. I had noticed he was wearing a J&W embrodered chef coat, so I inquired if he was a recent graduate. The conversation that we had was quite pleasent.
Apparently this young man aspires to help the Golden Bell move forward for many years to come. He plans to refine and improve the current menu, thus further pleasing the currrent patrons, and hopefully attracting new. As a young woman in my 30s with a husband who is also in the food service industry, I can honestly say I CAN NOT WAIT!
I come from Northern NJ and have grown to respect the variety that our diners provide, but this is the first time I can say that I have great hopes for the advancement of this already fine establishment!
