Groups Be Warned!
* They doubled booked our event and put us in a room we did not want to be in.
* Even though they doubled booked us, and didn't tell us until we got there, they took the time to book valet service to accommodate the double booking. Our group was surprised by the valet, and the extra costs.
* They did not return any email or phone calls to discuss our displeasure.
* They OWE us money from the event and have ignored all phone calls and invoices. We'll be sending it off to collections.
So think twice before you book a private event.
