Arthur Morgan waived extradition; will be in NJ By Dec. 21
Arthur Morgan, who police suspect is responsible for the death of his 2-year-old daughter, will be brought back to New Jersey by Dec. 21, California authorities said Thursday. Morgan, in a court appearance today in San Diego where he was arrested after a week on the lam, did not fight his extradition to New Jersey, said Tanya Sierra, spokeswoman for the San Diego County District Attorney's Office. The extradition hearing was the first step in bringing Morgan, 27, to New Jersey where he will face murder charges in the death of his daughter, Tierra Morgan-Glover. Morgan was arrested in San Diego, Calif., on Tuesday by U.S. Marshals acting on a tip that the 27-year-old was hiding out in the East San Diego home. Police say the former Eatontown…

This happens all too often in domestic cases - for the most part, things such as court ordered visitations and restraining orders are unenforced and ignored. I agree that judges need to be held accountable.   more ›
