Man Accused of Defiant Trespassing at Freehold Township Home
Freehold Township Police charged a Jersey City man with trespassing and possessing a burglary tool.
A Jersey City man faces two charges after he was allegedly found peered into a window of an Ascot Drive home. Freehold Township Police arrested Brian Pearson, 38, on Monday, Feb. 25. According to Pearson’s complaint warrant, he allegedly committed an act of defiant trespassing by peering into the window of the township home. In addition to defiant trespassing, Pearson was allegedly found in possession of a burglary tool. The warrant explains that the burglary tool was a flathead screwdriver which is commonly used for forcible entry into a premise.
