Pamela K. Ecke, 57, of Freehold Township, died at home on Sunday, Jan. 13 surrounded by her family. Ecke was born in Elizabeth and had lived in Milltown before moving to Freehold Township 23 years ago. She was a homemaker, beloved wife, mother and wonderful grandmother. Ecke is survived by her husband, Lawrence Ecke of Freehold Township; two sons, Lawrence Ecke II and his wife, Michelle Cutler of Milltown and Brandon Ecke and his fiancée, Desiree Jackson of Cookstown; one daughter, Melissa Ecke and her fiancé, Jason Wilson of Jackson; four grandchildren, Dominic, Kaitlyn, Maximus and Emma; her parents, Bobby and Eileen Hemmings of Monroe; five sisters, Debra Wercholak and her husband, Jon, Cynthia Roche and her husband, Mitchell, Cheryl …
