Howell Man Accused of Using Imitation Coca-Cola Can to Conceal Heroin

Man charged with possession of narcotic paraphernalia and drug possession.

A Howell man faces three charges after he was allegedly found in possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Freehold Township Police arrested Fotois H. Athanasenas, 48, of Newtons Corner, on Thursday, Feb. 28. According to his complaint warrant, Athanasenas was found in possession of 10 glassine envelopes containing a white powdery substance believed to be heroin. In addition to the envelops with the powdery substance, Athanasenas allegedly possessed another glassine envelope that had five pills of Alprazolam in it. Athanasenas was also charged with possession of narcotic paraphernalia. Resident Accused of Marijuana Possession and Child Endangerment

Freehold man faces three drug related charges.

A Freehold man faces three drug related charges after he allegedly possessed marijuana in a home where he had legal duty to care for a child. Freehold Borough Police arrested William Reynolds, 29, of South Street, on Saturday, Jan. 19. According to Reynolds’ complaint warrant, he possessed a large amount of narcotics in the residence, the drugs were described to be within reach of the child.   Reynolds has also been charged with possession and intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. The warrant specified that Reynolds possessed more than 50 grams of marijuana and intended to distribute anywhere between one ounce and five pounds of the drug.    Reynolds has been remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI) …

Freehold Man Indicted on Drug and Weapon Charges

Man faces a total of six charges.

A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a Freehold man on three drug charges and three weapon charges following a May incident. Aaron M. Gardner, 22, of Manchester Court, was allegedly found in possession of cocaine and marijuana while in Freehold on May 18. According to the indictment, Gardner was charged with a cocaine possession and two charges of possession with intent to distribute. On the same night, the indictment states that Gardner was in possession of a handgun. Gardner’s alleged handgun possession led to a Monmouth County grand jury charging him with possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a firearm in the course of committing a drug offense.

FTPD Arrest Resident On Multiple Drug Charges

A Freehold man is accused of possessing multiple different drugs in addition to hindering apprehension and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Freehold Township Police arrested and charged a Freehold resident after he was allegedly found in possession of multiple drugs. Robert A. Archer, 27, of Tuscan Drive, was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 21. According to the complaint warrant, Archer was found to be in possession of 19 pills of cyclobenzaprine, 26 decks of heroin, one suboxone pill, and one pill of provigil. Archer is also accused of possessing a hallowed out pen which police consider a device used to ingest controlled dangerous substances. In addition to the four drug charges and drug paraphernalia charge, Archer faces a hindering apprehension charge.
