Man Jailed For Using Another’s Urine On A Drug Test A Howell man on probation for a previous offense was charged Thursday with using the urine of another to defraud a court-ordered drug test, according to an arrest warrant. David Gray, 31, of Darien Road, was charged for possessing two bottles of urine that were not his own and using one to defraud a drug test in violation of his probation, the warrant says. Several indictments concerning Freehold were made on July 18.
Several indictments were made by Monmouth County grand juries on July 18 that involved residents of Freehold and crimes allegedly committed in the area. Catherine Delre, 43, of Freehold was indicted on one count of conspiracy (to commit theft) and one count of shoplifting, both third degree crimes, along with David R. Roth, 41, of Howell. Roth allegedly came to Delre’s cash register at Lowe’s, where he pretended to purchase merchandise while Delre did not actually ring up the items and charge Roth. William B. Dore, 19, of Freehold, was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of theft committed on or between May 21 and May 24.
