Additional Charges Filed Against 4 Previously Arrested on Credit Card Fraud
North Jersey residents face additional charges stemming from a Feb. 18 arrest.
Four people arrested last week now face additional charges of receiving stolen property from two Freehold Raceway Mall stores. Ruali Alvarez-Diaz, 45, of Garfield, Rauli Alvarez-Yanes, 20, of Elizabeth, Felix Llaneras, 49, of Union City, and Lisary Garcia, 22, of Elizabeth, each face two charges of receiving stolen property from Lord & Taylor and Sur La Table. According to each person’s complaint warrant, they all allegedly received $1,114.94 worth of leather handbags from Lord & Taylor and $317.80 worth of housewares from Sur La Table. Previously, Diaz faced charges of credit card theft and possession of a fraudulent driver’s license. Yanes was charged with possession of stolen property from Macy’s valued at $517.50.
