In the mall they'll be whatever PREIT wants them to be in accordance with their business plan.
Anyone who thinks different is naive.A verbal commitment pretty much means nothing. Certainly isn't enforceable.
And what did they think would happen if PREIT ever sold the mall ? The new owners would in some way be held to a verbal promise by PREIT ? -

Does she consider a Marc Vetri restaurant in the same class as Outbacks ?
Her initial premise is wrong anyway.BTW - this article has nothing to do with PREIT. They don't own East Gate.

Who is greedy ? The township for selling to the highest bidder ?
I guess they should sell them cheaper to some fancy restaurant to please the snobs in Moorestown that are too good for an Outback or (heaven forbid) an Applebees.

Not looking for an argument with you either.
Today banks do indeed use Zillow as the first value check. If it comes back high enough for the loan you want you're good to go. If not, you can get an appraisal (at your cost). But they give you the appraiser you have to work with.
Just went through it twice in the last 2 years.
First time the Zillow value worked. Second time I didn't agree with it so I paid for a full appraisal. Came in higher but not by much. -

I know the tax rate doesn't show the complete picture. That's why I posted houses of the same value in different towns.
Cherry Hill is 30%+ higher.

By the time a doctor ( or salesman as you so ignorantly label them) diagnosis your breast cancer, it may have spread into your bones.
So cutting off your breast may do nothing to save your life.
