ReplyThis sounds delicious, and like it's a creative twist on veggie Mexican food. I'm a longtime vegetarian and often just order the same veggie burrito, usually beans, cheese and rice with a few grilled peppers thrown in. Hodo soy by itself is really flavorful so within the burrito it will be especially tasty. Yes, you will see me at Chipotle on Feb. 12 :)
